Growth Modeling (Longitudinal) with Mplus

April 29 @ 9:00 am - April 30 @ 5:00 pm

425$ - 500$

This two day hands-on workshop covers various topics in growth modeling (longitudinal modeling). More specifically, we will cover growth modeling without covariates, growth modeling with time invariant and varying covariates, centering points, piecewise  growth modeling, autoregressive latent trajectory modeling (ALT model), and missing data in growth modeling. You will find information regarding the workshop below.

Registration and payment can be made directly online. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cheques and Email Transfers.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is for anyone interested in learning how to model longitudinal data with Growth Modeling. Participants are encouraged to have a working knowledge of multiple regression, longitudinal data, and an introductory understanding of structural equation model (see our workshop on Introductory Structural Equation Modeling). No prior knowledge of Mplus is required.

Materials

For this hands-on workshop we will be working with the Mplus software. If you do not own copy of Mplus, a free but limited demonstration version is available for download at the Mplus Website.

Handout materials and datasets will be provided.

Coffee and light snacks will be provided at the beginning of the workshop and at each break. Participants are on their own for lunch. There are plenty of locations to eat close to the hotel and in the hotel itself.

Directions and Accommodation

The workshop will be held at the Admiral Inn and Suites in Mississauga. The address and a Google map indicating the location can be found below.

If you are coming via GO Train, the Clarkson GO Station (on the Lakeshore Line) is 2.5 kilometres away. It is approximately 6 minutes by car/taxi, 16 minutes by bus and 30 minutes on foot.
