Who Should Attend

This workshop is for anyone interested in learning the basics of Structural Equation Modeling. While no prior software knowledge is required, participants are encouraged to have a working knowledge of multiple regression.

For this hands-on workshop we will be working with both Mplus and the Lavaan package for R (using R Studio). Please have either of these programs installed on your laptop prior to attending.

If you do not own copy of Mplus, a free but limited demonstration version is available for download at the Mplus Website. R-Studio can be downloaded from here, while R can be downloaded here.

Handout materials and datasets will be provided.

Coffee and light snacks will be provided at the beginning of the workshop and at each break. Participants are on their own for lunch. There are plenty of locations to eat close to the hotel and in the hotel itself.
